  • Free intro call or meeting to determine compatibility and to discuss goals

  • Baseline testing and goal setting

  • 12-week personalised plan

  • Weekly written training plan

  • Weekly progress check-up

  • Free advice and question service

  • 40 EUR* for the first month, and 20 EUR/month thereafter​

  • Optional 1:1 coaching sessions (20 EUR per 45 min session)

  • Monthly payment options, or 5% off when paying upfront

  • 30% off Yoga group classes

  • Free use of Casa Arts hotel gym (daily 10:00-22:00)

Sessions can be online or in person**

* Includes the first month's training programme and a 60-min 1:1 start-up hands-on coaching session.

** additional charges apply for home consultations.
